Penn Eastburn is a painter and filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York.

His work explores the accidental beauty and abstraction of ordinary, often overlooked spaces and materials found in the urban landscape, and the permanence of the things we create, both as artists and inhabitants of Earth.

Penn received his BA in Communications and Film, with a concentration in New Media, from the University of Utah in 2012.

His work was most recently exhibited in Morir Soñando, curated by Alex Santana, at Knockdown Center (June 22 – August 19, 2018; Queens, NY).
